Aqua Apartment

Welcome to the Aqua apartment, one of the three apartments at Villa ZEN Haven. Villa ZEN Haven is situated in the beautiful area of Sint Willibrordus, also known as Williwood by the locals. The villa has a large garden, shared pool, spacious terrace and outdoor kitchen, the perfect blend of relaxation and nature.

The Aqua apartment is the perfect hideaway, decorated in soothing aqua hues. This elegant one-bedroom retreat features a plus-size queen-bed, a contemporary en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Step out onto your private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or toast at a golden sunset. There is also a terrace in the back of the apartment with a cozy lounge area, a big table for dining or to use as a workspace.

You’ll also love the expansive shared terrace at the front of the villa, with a magnificent view of the mountains and the lake, complete with an outdoor kitchen, stylish lounge seating, and a breezy al fresco dining area.

Bringing friends? For the ultimate group getaway, it is possible to hire Aqua’s sister unit Terra for 2 guests and Aura (coming June 2025) for 4 guests.

Book Your Stay

Our apartment can be booked in two ways, but we strongly recommend booking via Airbnb, if this is the easiest way for you.

1. Booking via Airbnb – By clicking the “Book on Airbnb” button.
2. Direct Reservation – If you don’t have an Airbnb account or are unfamiliar with the platform, you can make a reservation directly through our website by clicking the “Reservation via the website” button. Please note that a $250 (€250 / XCG 500) deposit will be added to your reservation and included in the confirmation email. Your booking is not final until payment has been received and we have confirmed your reservation.

Minimum stay requirement

Reservations require a minimum stay of 5 nights. Stays of less than 5 nights are only available in combination with other packages and subject to availability.

Electricity Usage

Electricity usage is charged at the end of the stay at 0.50 USD per Kwh and will be deducted from the security deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after the rental period ends. For more information visit our Terms & Conditions page.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of the reservation must always be made in writing (by email). The following cancellation policy applies, based on the timing of the cancellation before the agreed rental date:

• Cancellations more than 5 days before the rental date: 100% refund of the total rental price.
• Cancellation within 5 days before the rental date: no refund will be issued (100% of the total rental price will be charged).
