Terra Apartment

Welcome to the Terra apartment, one of the tree apartments of Villa ZEN Haven. Villa ZEN Haven is located in the beautiful area of Sint Willibrordus, also known as Williwood by the local people. The villa features a spacious garden, a shared pool, spacious terrace and outdoor kitchen, the perfect blend of relaxation and nature.

The Terra apartment is the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Designed in warm wood tones, rich neutrals and natural textures, apartment Terra is a stylish and cozy escape with a fully equipped kitchen. It features a plush queen-sized bed, uniquely designed by an artist, while the modern en-suite bathroom with warm water adds a spa-like experience to your stay.

Step outside to the spacious shared terrace, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the mountains and the lake, with stylish lounge seating, outdoor kitchen and an inviting al fresco dining space—perfect for unwinding under the Caribbean sky, designed to offer both social space and quiet corners for moments of privacy.

Bringing friends? For the ultimate group getaway, it is possible to rent Terra’s sister unit Aqua for 2 guests and Aura (coming in June 2025) for 4 guests.

Book Your Stay

Our apartment can be booked in two ways, but we strongly recommend booking via Airbnb, if this is the easiest way for you.

1. Booking via AirBnB – By clicking the “Book on Airbnb” button.
2. Direct reservation– If you don’t have an Airbnb account or are unfamiliar with the platform, you can make a reservation directly through our website, by clicking the “Reservation via the website” button. Please note that a $250 (€250 / XCG 500) security deposit will be added to your reservation and included in the confirmation email. Your booking is only final once payment has been received and we have confirmed your reservation.

Minimum stay requirement

Reservations require a minimum stay of 5 nights. Stays shorter than 5 nights are only possible in combination with other arrangements and subject to availability.

Electricity Usage

Electricity usage is charged at the end of the stay at 0.50 USD per Kwh and will be deducted from the security deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after the rental period ends. For more information visit our Terms & Conditions page.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of the reservation must always be made in writing (by lemail). The following cancellation policy applies, based on the timing of the cancellation before the agreed rental date:

• Cancellation more than 5 days before the rental date: 100% refund of the total rental price.
• Cancellation within 5 days before the rental date: no refund will be issued (100% of the total rental price will be charged).
